Billy Conveyor (Billy Um Bongo x Cordalme Z) owned by Charlotte Flack of Ashdale Sports horses has been selected as one of 4 British bred 5 year olds to qualify for the FEI World Breeding Championships in Lanaken, Belgium which takes place this week.
Billy Conveyor (or Fleurie, to her friends) was bred by the Billy Stud and purchased in our 2016 Online Auction as an unbroken 3 year old and has gone from strength to strength, being hugely consistent in her first two years of competing with Charlotte.
In 2017 the liver chestnut mare qualified for the Young horse championship final at Addington, finishing 6th and this year she has achieved numerous double clears and placings at Newcomers and Foxhunter level, jumping clear every day at the CSIYH1* show at Keysoe in August.
Earlier this year Charlotte took her to the CSIYH1* show in Vilamoura where she was placed in 7 of her classes, winning 3 of them.
Last month they headed to the Addington Young horse show where she finished 5th in the British bred 5 year old championship final, she was one of only two British bred horses to jump clear all week and therefor took a share of the bonus.
We wish Charlotte and Fleurie the best of luck in Lanaken this week and look forward to watching this super mare progress further in her career.
Our 2018 auction is next month with the opportunity to come and view the auction horses on the 20th and 21st of October – there will sure to be some more future stars among them!
